1. Download the Instant App and enter your 7-digit employee ID.

2. Complete your shift as usual, doing what you do best.

3. Receive a notification in the Instant App, confirming your tips are available.

What if I don’t know my Employee ID?

This is the 7-digit alphanumeric code you were provided during onboarding, two letters followed by five numbers (ex: KA10001). This is the same code you use to access BBI Connect and BBI University.

You can log back in and pick up where you left off.

You can remove your job location from Settings > Manage Jobs and add it back to enter in the correct Employee ID.

In the Settings page of the app go to Manage Jobs. If you have a green “Tips” icon under your job location you are approved and ready to receive tips.
