- 79% of Americans would be more interested in applying for a job that pays them the same day they work – which is 30% higher than in 2018
- 54% of working Americans worry several times a week or more about making their money last until payday (an increase from 29% in 2018)
- More than half (56%) of working Americans would stay a month to a year longer at a job if they could get immediate access to their wages without fees
